    • 1 Customs declarations CN 23 either in English or Malay
  2. Letters containing goods and packets:
    • Customs Declaration CN 22 either in English or Malay;
      if the value of the goods exceeds 300 SDRs:
    • Customs declarations CN 23 either in English or Malay


Copies of the invoices are to be inserted in the shipment or to be sent separately, depending on the individual case.

Certificate(s) of origin: 

Goods manufactured or processed in countries enjoying a preferential tariff shall be accompanied by certificates of origin established in accordance with the conditions applicable to that area. This certificate may be included in the package if a corresponding note is made on the Customs declaration. If such a certificate is missing, no preferential treatment will be granted.
