Start of revocation
Consumers have the following right of revocation:
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days:
• in the case of a service contract: the date of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us:
CarrySwiss, Kluge und Surina
by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the revocation form printed below, however this is not mandatory.
In order to maintain the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
In the case of a valid revocation, services and payments received by both sides must be reimbursed, with any related benefits (e.g. interest) to also be provided. If you cannot fully reimburse the services and payments received, as well as any related benefits (e.g. advantages of use), or can only return or provide these in a deteriorated condition, you must provide adequate compensation. This can lead to you being obligated to uphold your contractual payment obligations up until the time of revocation, regardless of the revocation itself. Any payment obligations must be met within 30 days. The deadline begins for you upon the submission of your revocation statement, and for us upon receipt of this statement.
The right of revocation expires
• in the case of contracts after the start of the service, when the consumer has given his express consent and at the same time has confirmed his knowledge of the fact that he loses his right of revocation at the beginning of the execution of the contract.
